Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm all appointments and will be charged to your card immediately upon booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.



Rescheduling & Cancellations

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact the studio at least 72 hours (3 business days; closed Sundays) before your scheduled date.


  • Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit.



Appointment Confirmation

You will receive a reminder via text message and email 7 days before your appointment. Out of respect for our artists' and clients' time, please confirm your appointment at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance.


  • Failure to confirm by the 72-hour deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit.



Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Given the traffic conditions in Gangnam, Seoul, we recommend checking the location in advance and allowing extra travel time. We suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early to account for any unexpected delays.


  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, AMORJ Gangnam reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.


  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to a complimentary session, future appointments will no longer be offered free of charge.
