Booking & Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm all new appointments. This amount will be charged immediately upon booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your appointment.
Consultation Policy
No separate consultation appointment is required before your first booking. A complimentary consultation is included with your session.
Guest Policy
Children and pets are welcome to accompany you. Guests may wait comfortably in our lobby area during your procedure.
Returning Client Touch-Ups
If you're a returning client looking to book a touch-up, please contact the studio directly. Touch-up pricing is based on how much time has passed since your last paid session. Complimentary touch-ups are not included.

Waitlist
We recommend booking in advance to secure an appointment with your preferred artist. A waitlist is available for each artist for clients hoping to be seen sooner than their original booking. If a spot opens up, we'll reach out in order—first to confirm gets the appointment. Availability is not guaranteed.
Existing Brow Tattoos
We are very selective about working over existing tattoos or previous work by other artists. If you've had any prior brow tattoo work, you must send a photo of your brows via WhatsApp (https://bit.ly/4pkktyk) for approval before booking. Please allow 1–3 business days for a response.
※ Booking without prior approval will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

These guidelines are designed to minimize bleeding and skin sensitivity during the procedure. Excessive bleeding can dilute or push out pigment, preventing optimal results.
